The trust score is a summary, not an opinion
Each tenant rates four areas from 1 to 10. They add up to a score from 0 to 100: the higher it is, the lower the risk. The areas carry different weights, because not every problem costs the same — a deposit that never comes back hurts more than a late reply.
- Deposit return weight 30 Whether the deposit came back on time and without unjustified deductions.
- Communication weight 25 Whether the landlord replies and solves problems when they come up.
- Transparency weight 20 Whether the contract, terms and charges were clear from the start.
- Hidden costs weight 15 Whether charges appeared that nobody had mentioned.
A score is shown only once a property has at least one e-mail-confirmed review. A landlord can reply publicly to a review or file a dispute if they believe it is wrong.
How it all works, briefly
Will my review be anonymous?
Your name and e-mail are never published. The property address, the rental years, your ratings and your comment are public. If you were the only tenant, the landlord may work out who wrote it — so write facts you could also say to them.
Who can leave a review?
Anyone who has rented a home or commercial premises in Lithuania. A review is published only after it is confirmed via an e-mailed link, and one e-mail address can leave one review per property.
What can a landlord do if they disagree with a review?
A landlord can confirm the property is theirs, reply publicly to the review, or file a dispute with an explanation. Disputes are reviewed by a moderator.
Does the platform cost anything?
No. Search, reviews and every tool are free for tenants and landlords.
How do you make sure reviews are genuine?
Every review is confirmed by e-mail, submissions per address are rate-limited, and disputed entries are reviewed by a moderator. Authors can delete their own review.
